Hi everyone!

We are students from Primary School called: 'Lupáčova'. We live in the capital city of Czech Republic, in Prague. It's very beautiful city! We go to the ninth class. Our team is compose of four peoples. Phil, Lenka, Andy and James. Name of our team is: 'They'.


We decided to take part in this project, because we would like to improve foreign languages and meet new people.

Hello, I'm Marina I'm 15 years old, I study in Gran Canaria, my school is IES Vecindario.

My hobbies are dancing and singing. I dance for 12 years and I love it. I like cooking desserts, go shopping, talking with my friends and I love the summer of Gran Canaria.

I'm tall and thin, my hair and my eyes are brown. I'm beautiful, intelligent, funny, friendly, sociable and a little crazy girl but I'm serious too.

Štůdl - Strudel

Jablečný závin(Štrůdl)

1) Těsto

2) Na náplň di štrůdlu si připravíme 1kg jablek, z kterých oškrabeme slupku a poté nastrouháme na struhadle. Nastrouhaná jablka přesuneme do velké mísky, přidáme rozinky a zhruba 2 velké lžice skořice a 3 velké lžice třtinového cukru. Vše důkladně promícháme.

3) Polovinu náplně přesuneme na první polovinu těsta, druhou polovinu na druhou polovnu těsta. Štůdl sbalíme do tzv.“nohavice“.

4) Nakonec pomažeme obě “nohavice“ rozšlehaným vajíčkem. V troubě pečeme při 180°C po dobu 30ti minut

 

Šlehačka 

1) Mezitím co se štrůdl peče si připravíme šlehačku. Přelejeme smetanu do misky a šleháme pomocí šlehací metličky dokud se nezmění konzistence ze smetany na šlehačku.

2) Můžeme nechat šlehačku vychladit v ledničce, nebo(pokud hned servírujeme) ji můžeme přemístit do malé kemarické mističky a ozdobit rozmixovanými vlašskými ořechy.

Strudel

1) We need 1kg of apples for the filling of the strudel. We scrape the skin of and then grate the apples. We put the puree into the big bowl. Add the raisins and about 2 big spoons of cinnamon, 3 big spoons of brown sugar and mix all together

.

 

2) Put the filling on the dough and roll it into the classic shape of strudel(like a Swiss roll)

3) Then we smear the strudel with the whipped egg. We bake it for 30 minutes in preheated oven at180°C.

 

Whipping Cream

1) In the meantime, while the strudel is in the oven, we prepare the whipped cream.

2)Put the cream into a bowl and whip it with the whisk till it changes into a whipped cream.

3)We can put it in the fridge or (if we are serving) we can put it into a little pretty ceramic bowl and decorate it with chopped walnuts. Yummy!

Knedlíčková polévka - Dumpling soup

  • KNEDLÍČKOVÁ POLÉVKA

    NA POLÉVKU

    • 1 l drůbežího vy?varu podlezákladního receptu • 1 větší mrkev, nakrájená • 1 cm silny? plátek celeru, nakrájeny? • 1 petržel, nakrájená • hrst nasekané petrželky

    NA KNEDLÍČKY

    • 100 g kuřecích jater, očištěny?ch • 30 g másla nebo tuku sebraného z vy?varu • 1 lžíce polohrubé mouky • 1 vejce • sůl a pepř • 1 stroužek česneku, prolisovany? • 1/2 lžičky majoránky • špetka muškátového oříšku • asi 100 g strouhanky z bílého pečiva

    Nejdříve uděláme knedlíčky. Všechny suroviny na ně, s vy?jimkou strouhanky, dejte do mixéru a promixujte dohladka. Pak postupně přidávejte strouhanku tak, abyste získali hmotu, ze které půjdou tvarovat knedlíčky (buď prsty, nebo pomocí dvou lžiček) přibližně o velikosti drobného vlašského ořechu.

    Vy?var přiveďte k varu, vhoďte do něj mrkev, celer, petržel a knedlíčky a asi 7 minut povařte. Nakonec do hrnce nasypte zelenou petrželku a podávejte.

  • DUMPLING SOUP

    WE NEED:

  • 1liter of chicken broth 1 carrot 1 small celery 1 parsley  

  • FOR THE DUMPLINGS:

  • 100g of liver 30g of butter 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour¨ 1 egg salt and pepper one clove of garlic little bit of marjoram little bit of nutmeg 100g of breadcrumbs Make the dumplings first by combining all the dumplings ingredients except a breadcrumbs in a medium bowl and mix well. When it is all mixed start adding breadcrumbs until you have a nice thick dough.

    Now we will make the soup:
  • Cut carrot, celery and the parsley into a small cubes and boil in the broth. Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of dough at a time into soup and repeat until all dough has been used. Cover and cook until dumplings are fluffy and cooked through, about 7 minutes. Serve with a fresh parsley. Bon appetite!!

Pstruh S Vinnou omáčkou a Štouchanými Bramborami 

 

POTŘEBUJEME:

NA ŠTOUCHANÉ BRAMBORY POTŘEBUJEME: 6 brambor 1 cibuli 150g slaniny 1 lžíci oliv. oleje

NA PSTRUHA: 1 čerstvého pstruha 2 kusy rozmarýnu 1 lžíci oliv. Oleje Trošku petržele

NA VINNOU OMÁČKU: 50ml kvalitního českého vína Lžíci másla 2 listy šalvěje Stroužek česneku Sůl a pepř

1)Oloupeme brambory,umyjeme je a nakrajíme na kostičky.Vložíme do vařící vody a necháme 20 min. vařit.

 

2)Nakrájíme cibuli a slaninu.Rozehřejeme olej na pánvi a přidáme cibuli a slaninu.Smažíme dozlatova. Brambory vyndáme a spolu s cibulí a slaninou rozštoucháme vidličkou.

3)Vypláchneme a vysušíme pstruha.Dovnitř pstruha vložíme kousky rozmarýnu.Smažíme 7 minut na pánvi.

4) Na pánev kde jsme předtím smažili pstruha dáme víno,šalvěj,máslo a povaříme 1minutu. Poté polijeme pstruha,naservírujeme brambory a můžeme podávát.

Trout with White Wine Sauce and Mashed Potatoes

 

  • WE WILL NEED:

  •  INGREDIENTS FOR MASHED POTATOES : 6 potatoes 1 onion 150g of smoked bacon 1 table spoon of olive oil

  • INGREDIENTS FOR FISH : fresh trout Two pieces of rosemary 1 tablespoon of olive oil Little bit of parsley

  •  INGREDIENTS FOR THE WINE SOUCE : 5Oml quality Czech wine One tablespoon of butter two pieces of Sage one clove of garlic salt and pepper

  • 1) Peel the potatoes, wash it and cut it in medium cubes. Put potatoes into a saucepan add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add water until potatoes are covered and bring to boil (takes about 20 minutes).

  • 2) Cut onion and smoked bacon into small pieces, fry in a pan until it gets golden and add into a boiled potatoes and mash with a fork.

  • 3) Rinse and dry the trout. Season inside and out with salt and pepper to taste and put a piece of rosemary inside. Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil in large skillet over high heat. Add trout and lower heat to medium and cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and remove from the skillet.

  • 4) Heat up the skillet, where the trout was cooked and stir in wine, sage, salt, pepper and slice of bitter? Bring to a simmer, then whisk for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and pour over the trout. Serve it on a worm plate decorated with parsley. Bon appetite!
