Typical Christmas sweets

Ingredients

-for the wafer: 750ml of water, 500g of flour, a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt -for the stuffed: 50g of sugar, 50g of bitter cocoa, 1kg of shelled and chopped wallnuts, 1kg of shelled, peeled, toasted and chopped almonts, orange skin, a teaspoon of cloves, cinnamon powder, a short glass of Strega and Pounch

Recipe

To make wafers, mix the ingredients until you get an homogeneous mixture and preheat a special iron on both sides. Then oil it and pour inside it a teaspoon of the mixture. Close immediately the special iron and cook the wafers for a few seconds. After remove the wafers gently and cut the paste in excess, then put the wafers in a tray and place over them a weight to prevent to make them deform. For the stuffed dissolve the honey in a pot for about 15 minutes with the sugar, then add the chocolate, the bitter cocoa and all the other ingredients. Stuff two at two the wafers and crush lightly the stuffed with a fork, after let stand them in a cool and dry under a weight.

Potato soup

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g carrot 2 Root parsley 1 Celery 1/2 pc kale piece kohlrabi 1 Flour 40 g Butter 40 g cumin salt marjoram 2 clove of garlic parsley

Recipe

Dry the potatoes and root vegetables with cold water, cut into pieces and boil in salted hot water with a little cumin. After a brief boiling thicken with a light roux made with butter and flour. Until vegetables soften, remove from the soup from the heat and season with marjoram and crushed garlic. Finally add the finely chopped parsley.

Vegetable salad with mozarella (4 portion)

Ingredients

- Iceberg lettuce - Cherry tomatoes - 1 cucumber - 1 red pepper - Olive oil - Basil -

Recipe

Prepare the vegetables. After that clean the vegetables. The iceberg lettuce slice into the strips, cherry tomatoes, pepper and cucumber slice into the slices. Put the all ingredients to a large bowl. Add the chopped mozzarella into the slices. Pour it by the olive oil and bestrew it by the basil.

Peas soup (4 portions)

Ingredients

- 1 onion - 1 garlic - 400 g peas - Olive oil - Sour cream - 2 dl broth - Salt - Pepper - Parsley - (Some vegetables) -

Recipe

Pour the olive oil to the pot. Give diced of onion into the hot olive oil. When the onion finely roasted, pour into the peas. Pour into the broth. Add a salt, pepper and garlic. Mix it. Give it cook for 10 minutes. After that mix it to a creamy mixture. Decorate it with the sour cream and parsley. (You can add some other vegetables to this soup).

Trout on the herbal butter (1 portion)

Ingredients

- 1 trout - 1 lemon - Olive oil - 30 g butter - Salt - Pepper - Thyme - Marjoram - Flour - Potatoes -

Recipe

Trout:

Wash gutted trout, add into it a salt and thyme. Cover it in the flour and fry it on the melted butter. Decorated it by the lemon.

Potatoes:

Wash the potatoes, dry it and slice it into the quarters. Melt the butter in a saucepan, after that add the oil, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper and mix everything. Cover the potatoes in the mixture and give it into the plate. Bestrew it by the spice and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 °C.
