Potato soup

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g carrot 2 Root parsley 1 Celery 1/2 pc kale piece kohlrabi 1 Flour 40 g Butter 40 g cumin salt marjoram 2 clove of garlic parsley

Recipe

Dry the potatoes and root vegetables with cold water, cut into pieces and boil in salted hot water with a little cumin. After a brief boiling thicken with a light roux made with butter and flour. Until vegetables soften, remove from the soup from the heat and season with marjoram and crushed garlic. Finally add the finely chopped parsley.

CZ Bramoborák, dříve nazývaný také cmunda, je tradiční germánský a slovanský pokrm. Tradičně se jí teplý , samostatně či se zelím, nebo třeba s uzeným. Jí se také při židovském svátku Chanuka./ EN Potato Pancake, formerly also known as cmunda, is traditional Germanic and Slavic dish. Traditionally, it is consumed warm, alone or with cabbage, or even with smoked meat. Also, it is eaten during the Jewish festival Hanukkah.

Ingredients

CZ 5 brambor 2 mrkve 3 stroužky česneku majoránka pepř sůl hladká mouka vejce sádlo mléko EN 5 potatoes 2 carrots 3 pieces of garlic marjoram salt pepper flour egg lard milk

Recipe

1. Okrájet a nastrouhat mrkev a brambory.

2. Přidat jedno vejce, 50ml mléka, 3 lžíce mouky, prolisovaný česnek, půl lžičky soli, pepř a majoránku podle chuti a vše dobře promíchat.

3. Smažit na sádle po obou stranách (tenké placky) dozlatova přibližně 5 minut.

1. Pare and grate carrots and potatoes.

2. Add one egg, 50 ml of milk, 3 spoons of flour, pressed garlic, half a teaspoon of salt, pepper and marjoram to taste and mix evrything.

3. Fry in lard on both sides (thin pancakes) about 5 minutes.

Puff pastry, apples, bread crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, walnuts

Recipe

Procedure: roll out puff pastry. On the sprawling Pour batter bread crumbs and bread crumbs on apples cut into half-moons. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar, add the walnuts.

Ingredients

4 servings 600 g fillet of carp 20 g of garlic 4 eggs lovage pepper salt 200 g plain flour for coating sweet paprika 500 ml of oil for frying

Recipe

Carp rid of bone and filets, cut into pieces the size of large fries. Egg, crushed garlic, lovage, salt and pepper vymícháme batter in which carp will load for at least two hours. Then carp remove and drain. Add the flour and paprika in the flour mixture coat the noodles to fry in hot oil until golden brown. A suitable dish is a salad of cabbage or lettuce.
