Ingredients

Duck meat (whole duck) Salt 1tea spoon Cumin 1tea spoon

Recipe

Wash and dry the duck then sprinkle salt inside and all over the duck. Place the duck (breast side up) on a roasting tray (metal or glass tray with a lid).
