Potato soup

Potatoes 500 g carrot 2 Root parsley 1 Celery 1/2 pc kale piece kohlrabi 1 Flour 40 g Butter 40 g cumin salt marjoram 2 clove of garlic parsley


Dry the potatoes and root vegetables with cold water, cut into pieces and boil in salted hot water with a little cumin. After a brief boiling thicken with a light roux made with butter and flour. Until vegetables soften, remove from the soup from the heat and season with marjoram and crushed garlic. Finally add the finely chopped parsley.
