Duck meat (whole duck) Salt 1tea spoon Cumin 1tea spoon


Wash and dry the duck then sprinkle salt inside and all over the duck. Place the duck (breast side up) on a roasting tray (metal or glass tray with a lid). Close the tray and place in the preheated owen (not a fan owen) on 120 degrees celsius and roast for 5 hours without opening the owen or the lid of the tray. After 5 hours you will end up with a delicious roasted duck with a lovely crispy skin laying in its own fat and delicious juices. Enjoy your meal.
