Peas soup (4 portions)

Dish history


- 1 onion - 1 garlic - 400 g peas - Olive oil - Sour cream - 2 dl broth - Salt - Pepper - Parsley - (Some vegetables) -


Pour the olive oil to the pot. Give diced of onion into the hot olive oil. When the onion finely roasted, pour into the peas. Pour into the broth. Add a salt, pepper and garlic. Mix it. Give it cook for 10 minutes. After that mix it to a creamy mixture. Decorate it with the sour cream and parsley. (You can add some other vegetables to this soup).
