Ingredients

2 pieces of potato 1/5 a stick of garlic 1/5 beef cubes ( vegetable ) bouillon 1/5 onion

Recipe

Small onion and garlic clean . Finely chop the onion , garlic as well, or it cut into slices or see the picture . It depends how one likes. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
In a pot, heat the lard and onions until golden . Add garlic , saute briefly and pour hot water. Add the potatoes , bouillon cubes ( meat or vegetable ) soup and season with salt and pepper and add the cumin . Garlic cook until soft potatoes.

 

Finishing:

Finely shredded cheese soup.
