Dish history


125 ml milk 1 pcs eggs 40 g butter 250 g of cottage cheese 300 g flour


Mix flour , butter, milk , eggs and curd process thoroughly smooth dough . It then offering cuts pieces in which we make and pack fruit dumplings that cook in lightly salted water for approximately 6-8 minutes .
Meanwhile, mix the cream with the icing sugar .
Dumplings pour cream sauce and you can add more pieces of fresh fruit , which are dumplings and perform .


Sprinkle with sugar and grated cheese and melted butter.
