Pork Chops with Fried Potatoes

Dish history

This is traditional Czech cuisine and it is a very popular dish here in our country. Bon apetite! :)

Ingredients

4 potatoes 1 tablespoon of cumin 4 tablespoons of oil for frying breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon of salt 1 egg 2 pieces of pork neck

Recipe

First, we clean the potatoes and then we peel them. Next, we put them in a pot that is full of water. We salt the potatoes, add cumin to the water and then bring it to a boil for about 20 minutes. Afterward, we remove the potatoes from the water. Next, we add oil to the frying pan and let it heat

up. In the meantime, we must cut the potatoes. After that is done, we fry them in the pre-heated frying pan for a few minutes, until they look nice and roasted. When they are finished, we put the potatoes on a plate.

 

Now, we can finally cook the pork chops.

 

First, we wash the sliced pork in lukewarm water. We dry it and then we must tenderize it. After that, we salt it. Then we stir the egg in one soup plate, and add breadcrumbs to another soup plate. We dip both sides of the pork chops in egg, and then coat both sides with breadcrumbs, too. Once coated, we fry the pork chops in the frying pan with hot oil. We do this on both sides for about twenty minutes.

 

After everything has been prepared, we chop some vegetables and add them as a garnish.

Ham rolls with horseradish whipped cream

Dish history

is cold appetizer of slices ham rolled up into a rolls, filled with flavored whipped cream.

Ingredients

for four people: 1)Eight slices of ham 2)1/4l. cream->whipped cream 3)30-40 grams-grated horseradish 4)a little bit of white pepper 5)lemon-juice 6)icing sugar 7)salt

Recipe

Whip cream grate three-four spoons on horseradish drop with lemon-juice and slighty salt. Mix it all with the whipped cream.
 

Put the whipped cream on the slices of ham and roll like pan cakes. Put on tettuce leaves or on a plate. You can decorate it with the rest of the whipped cream.

Potato Soup

Dish history

Ingredients

4 Potatoes 1 Carrot 1 Parsley Half of Celery Onion 3 Cloves of garlic 2 Spoons of mashrooms 4 Spoons of Flour Water Cumin Salt Marjoram

Recipe

1) Peel and cut potatoes.

2)Grate carrot,celery and parsley.

3)Put vegetables into the pot with water.

4)Add spices and salt.

5)Boil for 15 minutes.

6)Add Garlic and Soup boil down with roax,who prepare from butter and flour.

7) Boil everything together.

8) And we can dish up :)
